Welcome to
My Pranayama
A place to reconnect.
Guided pranayama sessions, and flexible timers for your own breathing and meditation practice.
How this came about
The guided session follows what I was taught by Siddhant — you can find his teachings on his YouTube channel.

I built this app for my own daily practice, and then kept building it so it could help others with theirs. For feedback, ideas or collaborations, write to [email protected] — I read every message.
Who this is for
This app supports a practice you already have. It is not a beginner’s course. A guide for newcomers is on the way — but if you are starting out, I recommend finding a teacher first. Someone who can watch you breathe and correct what a screen cannot see.
Free for everyone
These practices belong to anyone who wants to do them. The app is free, and it stays free.
No ads, ever
Selling your attention to the highest bidder would work against everything this practice is for. No ads, no tracking, no accounts — and everything you create stays on your own device.
Practice, not performance.
If you want to support it
One person builds this and keeps it running. If the app helps you, you can give something back — entirely voluntarily.

Test Version
This is an early preview shared for feedback. Things may change, and some features are not final.
Your Data
This app has no accounts, no tracking, and sends nothing anywhere. Anything you create (custom exercises, breathing timers, metronomes, saved meditations) and your progress are now saved on your own device, so they stay after you close the app. Nothing leaves your phone. You can clear everything anytime under Settings → Reset All Data.
Health & Safety
Breathing practices in this app — especially Bhastrika, Kapal Bhati, and breath retention — involve rapid breathing and breath-holding that can cause dizziness or lightheadedness.

Always practise seated in a safe place, never while driving, standing, or in water. Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or unwell, and return to normal breathing.

These practices are not recommended if you are pregnant or have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, or a recent surgery or injury. If you have any medical condition or concern, please consult a doctor before practising.

This app is for general wellbeing and is not medical advice.
